An english mahogany medicine chest with sunken brass handles, the hinged front enclosing bottle compartment and drawers, the back with a secret sliding panel for holding the poison bottles. This panel can be secured by a locker in the hinge on the front. A drawer in the base for a pestle and mortar and a set of scales. 30cm wide, 19 deep and 37cm high.
