German Ombredanne Ether Inhaler of c. 1925. The inhale is made of chrome with original rubber mask and caecum bladder, which has a crack. The instrument signed ‘Aesculap’.
This type of ether inhaler was invented by Professor Louis Ombredanne (1871-1956), a French Surgeon who introduced the apparatus introduced in 1908.
