Tortoise shell etui with six lancets

A fine tortoise shell lancet case with ornate silver trim with 4 thumb lancets the case is in excellent condition and is studded with tiny sterling silver pins. The top of the lid has a sterling silver cartouche. The tortoise shell lancets are marked w. Smith and ‘maw london. Dimensions 65 x 35 x 10 mm.
