The ‘agaricus procerus’ is found in the summer in pastures and fields, and occasionally woods. It is eatable and known to have a sweet and nutty taste. At first egg shaped, it finally expands like a parasol. These models were made at the end of the 19th c. To instruct the people which mushrooms were poisonous and which were eatable.
