Daniels Column in case c. 1870

On loan to the Design for the planet exhibtion of the Design Museum Den Bosch until 12 januari 2025.
A very nice Daniels Column in original case with red velours on the inner side. This one is not signed but in perfect condition, dated c. 1870. The scales are in Celcius and centigrades. The column is in a very good condition, 17 cm high. It was used as a travelling Daniels column.
