The company Lebegue & Cie was founded in 1814 by Alphonse Lebegue in Brussels, as a maker of globes. Since circa 1850 as j. Lebegue & Cie based in Paris. The small diameter of this globe is rare for a Lebegue.
13,5 cm high and this globes comes from a collection of 9 miniature globes.
